What are the lashes made of?

The lashes are made from a cruelty-free faux mink material.

How do I remove lashes?

The lashes should be removed before beginning your makeup removal routine. Gently pull the lash strip from the outer corner first and slowly separate the strip away from your real lash line.

Do the lashes come with glue and an applicator?

Glue and an applicator are not provided with the lashes.

Which glue should I use?

You can use any temporary lash adhesive to apply your lashes.

Can I wear eyeliner and/or mascara with the lashes?

Yes, you may wear mascara. Recommended to apply mascara before lash application.

Is there a minimum order on the website?

Yes, the minimum £10 order. 

What forms of payment to you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

How do I change or cancel my order?

We process your order as quickly as possible, therefore are unable to modify or edit an order once it has been submitted.

How do I track my order?

Tracking number will be sent in your order confirmation email.

Do you ship overseas?

No, only UK Mainland. 

What is your refund policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the case of faulty products. Order refund requests will be considered but is not guaranteed. If an item may be considered defective, please email hello@rheglo.com with a picture. Faulty items need to be addressed within 30 days from the date of purchase. If the anti-tamper sticker on our products is torn the refund will not be accepted unless approved by Rheglo.

What happens if my order has incorrect shipping information?

Our system prints out shipping labels according to what our customers inputted on their shipping and billing information. Please contact your local courier to reroute your package in case of any error on shipping information. RHEGLO is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages due to incorrect information provided at time of purchase.
