Welcome to ‘Rheglo’ website Terms and Conditions. By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions along with our Privacy policy.
Before placing your order, if you are unsure about anything relating to these Terms and Conditions please do not hesitate to get in touch at hello@rheglo.com. May we remind you that once an order is placed we will not be able to make any changes to that order.

These terms and conditions may be subject to change and alterations periodically. Once any changes to these terms and conditions are posted, these will apply to all orders received. Subsequently these changes will also apply to your use of the ‘Rheglo’ website and constitutes your agreement to and acceptance of such changes.

Governing law and Jurisdiction
Our terms and conditions are in accordance with the laws of England and all disputes will be settled in the English court system.
1.1. When placing an order we will ask for your name, telephone number, billing address, delivery address and payment method details.
1.2. This data will enable us to fulfil our order as efficiently as possible and also keep you up to date with ‘Rheglo’ news, new product lines, events etc. Should you wish to opt in to receive our marketing updates.
1.3. Your information may also aid us in preventing and detecting fraudulent requests for goods and services.
1.4. If any incorrect details appear such as mismatching shipping and billing, mismatching IP address, mismatching names, countries or even cities then we may require additional data upon receiving your order if any details are flagged as potentially fraudulent. We will only use the requested data from you to confirm that the card's registered billing address matches the name as shown on our order and it is being used by the card holder only - this will stop any potential chargebacks being issued.
1.5. If we suspect any suspicious transactions relating to an order, we have the right to cancel an order at any time.
Terms of Sale
2.1. By placing an order through ‘Rheglo’ website you are adhering to the current terms and conditions of ‘Rheglo’ as displayed on the website.
2.2. When placing an order on the website you must represent that all the details you provide must be correct and true. These include that you are the owner of the payment card used and have sufficient funds to cover the cost of purchase and delivery charges.
2.3 When you place an order you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been received. The confirmation email that your order has been completed and accepted will be sent separately to you once your order has been dispatched.
2.4 Please note that once an item has been dispatched Rheglo are not responsible for any lost or missing parcels that have not been disclosed within 72 hours of delivery. All parcel enquiries should be raised with the Courier Service who are responsible for the delivery of items. If a customer notifies us of a lost or damaged parcel outside this 72 hour period, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange.
Prices and Payment
3.1. All product prices are exclusive of delivery charges which will be automatically added upon checkout.
3.2. Prices on this website are subject to change without notice however placed orders will remain unaffected.
3.3 Prices on our website are quoted in GB Pounds Sterling (£) and are inclusive of UK VAT (where applicable).
3.4. All orders placed on the website must be paid with a debit or credit card that is coherent with our approved payment options.
3.5. When the order is received, a pre-authorisation check will be carried out on the card to ensure there are sufficient funds to make the purchase.
Force Majeure
4.1. ‘Rheglo’ shall not be liable for any delay of order due to the results of any events/circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, lock outs, and accidents.
Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 ‘Rheglo’ owns and has permission to use the intellectual property rights on its website and its content such as trademark rights. These rights are the exclusive property of the Owner or its licensors and are protected by the applicable laws and/or international treaties relating to such intellectual property.
5.2 Users are not allowed to use any part of our website or it’s content for commercial purposes unless you have our express permission. We do not permit the use of our logo or trademark (or any marks which are colourably similar) without our express permission. Users may not copy, download, share (beyond the limits set forth in our terms and conditions), modify, translate, transform, publish, transmit, sell, sublicense, edit, transfer/assign to third parties or create derivative works from the content available on this Application, nor allow any third party to do so through the User or their device, even without the User's knowledge.
